I couldn't move the camera on his car, so that is the best I could do with his hands.

Head Steward Decision
Two cars try and take up the same spot on the race track. This does not work obviously and one car pits itself off the other car. The only penalty we can assign is to car 35 for causing a collision on the straight. The loss of control is just fate at that point, and not much else can be done.
