Car 117 didn't learn their mistake after the first time there was contact. Unfortunately they attempt to maximize the corner entry again and put themselves in front of another ford into the same corner. The ford does not have sufficient time to react to a car "moving" across the braking zone. We can see this isn't a reactionary block - but very clumsy.

This time the stewards feel a minor warning is justified to car 117 for (borderline) moving in the braking zone.
