Car 80 bumps the rear of car 114 through the apex of the hairpin. Car 80 is rotating through the corner slowly and is off the throttle and seems to be trying to adjust to the car ahead. As there are no brake lights from the car ahead. They seem to only touch the throttle when the brake lights of car 114 let off. Unfortunately they are still too fast in the corner and lightly nudge the car ahead (and with the help of kunos) car 114 loses out a few positions.

Car 80 gets a 5 second penalty for the minor tap, unfortunately it's still up to the car behind to yield and there was some time lost by car 114. Kudos for the self report.
