Car 150 has track position and dictates the line. Car 464 has a shallow entry and goes wide on exit and punts Car 150 causing car 150 to spin 180, and lose multiple positions. 10s penalty to car 464.
Car 150 then proceeds to rejoin poorly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence to show what happens, so they get a free pass this time. The stewarding team is reminding all parties to make sure the track is clear before rejoining the racing line, and a 5 second gap is much smaller than you think it is. Please be more careful.
