Car 174 completely shoves car 827 off track on entry to the corner. There does seem like there is a level of netcode, but our rules dictate that all drivers are required to leave a car's width + a little more to prevent incidents like this.
As there seems to be a clear disregard for the other drivers right to the track, the standard 5 second penalty has been elevated to 10seconds * 1.5 for lap 1 incident to car 174
