Car 213 stays fully on throttle for almost a full second while the cars ahead check up. Granted Eau Rouge is typically a flat out corner, the whole track is lined up 2 by 2 so everyone is going much slower. The only problem is how long it took Car 213 to get on the brakes to slow down. It's borderline racing incident, but it still is the responsibility of the following drivers to prevent a collision up ahead.
