Car 218 and car 115 have contact on lap one. Car 115 mounts an attack on the inside and achieves sufficient overlap. Car 115 makes a bit of a mistake and starts to lose the corner, but is still entitled to the racing line. Car 218 tries to chop the nose off a little too early and both cars lose control of the car. Car 218 also keeps the throttle pinned through the whole encounter and also foksmashes into Car 4.

We can see from the top down view that car 115 is moving towards the white line on entry, thus absolving them from "going wide"

20s to Car 218 for causing contact in corner/braking zone as well as a minor warning to Car 218 for the throttle application. Please try to recover the car without crashing into others.
