While the initial incident sort of looks like a racing incident of 2 cars going into one spot, the main feature of this report is the retaliatory actions done by car 244. After the incident and both cars are re-entering the track, Car 244 waits for car 195 to re-enter the track to get going again. At that moment as the Porsche attempts to continue, Car 244 drives intentionally into the side of car 195 causing a secondary incident.

Here we come to the crux of the situation: Car 244 not only retaliates against another driver (race ban minimum, borderline season ban). Completely unacceptable driving standards that has zero place in league racing (honestly all racing except NASCAR maybe). But in addition to this, car 244 makes multiple albe-ist slurs towards the other driver.

The combination of these incidents is beyond anything we here at ACRL are tolerant of. If one or the other incident happened on their own we would maybe given at least a really short leash and a big slap, but obviously this driver is not fit to race with other people, both in a competitive and social setting. For these incidents we are revoking this drivers rights to drive in the league, and a league wide ban will be handed out for this sort of behaviour.
