It's nice that it's a self report, and for that we are inclined to reduce the penalty points assigned.
Car 36 crashes into the back of car 29 into spoon curve. Both cars end up losing control and spin off track losing large amounts of time.
As the contact happens under braking, the penalty is a clear 20s penalty to car 36.
