Car 78 pretty much stops on entry to the corner, and Car 258 does not anticipate the slower entry speed ahead. Never-the-less, it is the responsibility of the car behind to stay out of trouble. Because there was a second bump, and the severity of the damage to the punted car; a 10 second penalty will be applied to Car 258.
