Possibly I can see how the car swerving to warm the tires ":Hyper Boolin" possibly obstructed his view momentarily , but even that car was slowing considerably and Jack didn't seem to notice that either..

Jack Goff aka Moe Lester, clearly needs work. Clear Hard hit because no explanation will be taken in to account. Formation lap bonk while going full throttle, thats way harder than 100kph, causing a massive crash.
