Clip 1: Blue flags are mandatory and Jack Goff made no attempt to allow Nico to pass. Clip 2 (laps 48-49): nothing wrong with a backmarker trying to unlap himself, as it is his right if he feels he is fast enough. However, this must be done safely and the leading car is not required to give way even if the lapped car is suddenly much quicker, as he does not have blue flags obviously. In this case the only infringement was not trying to unlap himself safely
