There was no overlap at braking point and turn in. Not only is this an overtake to "unlap" themselves, there was a bit of a dive into the corner. Geary has no obligation to leave a gap for Forsberg.
Since Forsberg crashed out and pretty much at that point forfeited any chance of a good finish, a minor warning to the Merc will be assigned,
